Welcome to Coastal Clean Queens. By booking our cleaning services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Liability and Damages
Coastal Clean Queens takes pride in providing high-quality cleaning services and treating your home with the utmost respect and care. However, we are not responsible for any pre-existing damages, wear and tear, or faulty and fragile items that may break during cleaning.
Customers are advised to secure or remove valuable, sentimental, or delicate items before our arrival. Coastal Clean Queens is not liable for any accidental damages that may occur during the cleaning process.
If any damages are noticed, they must be reported within 24 hours of the cleaning service for review. Coastal Clean Queens reserves the right to inspect and assess any reported damages, but the final decision regarding compensation remains at our discretion.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, due to the nature of our business, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
Cancellations made 3 days (72 hours) or more before the scheduled cleaning: You will receive a full refund of any payments made.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled cleaning: 25% of the total estimated cost of the cleaning service will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning: 50% of the total estimated cost of the cleaning service will be charged as a cancellation fee.
In the event of a no-show (the client is not present or accessible at the scheduled time of service), the full amount of the cleaning service will be due.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Any outstanding balances must be settled promptly.
4. Changes to Scheduled Services
Any requests for changes to the scheduled service must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Changes are subject to availability and may result in rescheduling.a
5. Access to Property
Clients are responsible for ensuring that Coastal Clean Queens has access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property, a no-show fee will apply as per our cancellation policy.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to providing exceptional cleaning services. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue promptly.
7. Amendments
Coastal Clean Queens reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes before their next scheduled service.
